Spiritual Education and Experiences for Children 2011

Beneficiaries Description: Direct beneficiaries are around 323 schoolchildren aged 10-15 from eight remote villages of Gegharquniq and Syunik Marzes. Indirect beneficiaries are families of these children and school staff.

Project Areas: Dprabak, Aygut, Martuni, Ttujur, Getik villages of Gegharkounik marz and Tsav, Shikahogh and Tchakaten villages of Syunik marz

Project Goal: to enrich and foster the Religious and Spiritual Lives of around 323 children from eight remote villages from Gegharquniq and Syunik Marzes.

Project Objectives:

  • To give 323 children/adults an opportunity to foster their spiritual and religious heritage identified through SEEC project through conducting interactive spiritual discussions and bible studies.
  • To enable children to experience spirituality through immediate participation in prayers, celebration of Christian rituals/holidays and participation in other spiritual uplift activities like pilgrimages.
