Project Area: Yerevan, Armenia
Project Goal: Contribute towards the sustainable and efficient operation of the theatre by changing the entire working system of the theatre box office and accounting department to ensure its transparent, accountable and reliable operation.
Project Objectives:
- Renovate the Soviet version box office which looks like a prison window and equip it with modern technologies to make it more attractive and transparent to the audience that will ensure higher profits to the theatre by selling in average 60% of the seats for the performances.
- Computerize the entire accounting system of the theatre by equipping the department with computers and accessories to ensure its safe, reliable and transparent operation.
