Beneficiaries Description: at least 20 aspiring and 40 current women entrepreneurs in Armenia – in total 60 women
Project Area: Armenia (including all the regions and Yerevan)
Project Goal: to contribute towards business sustainability and growth of already acting and aspiring to be women entrepreneurs through digitalization of their businesses by building necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities of those primarily living in the regions of Armenia.
Project Objectives։
- Improve essential digital skills through a series of online short webinars for at least 60 aspiring to be and already acting women entrepreneurs in Armenia.
- Improve digital skills through a series of online practical workshops and CIPE’s online resource and self-guided course for at least 60 aspiring to be women entrepreneurs in Armenia.
- Raising awareness on online gender based violence and sexual harassment (GBVH) at work and introducing preventing measures for at least 60 aspiring and to be women entrepreneurs in Armenia.
- Support to develop business digitalization strategies for at least 40 already acting women entrepreneurs in Armenia.
- Support to at least 20 already acting women entrepreneurs for the implementation of their designed digital strategies.
