Project Goal: To empower the youth in Goris and Kapan to be actively involved in positive social change in their communities and in society in general.
Project Objectives:
- To enhance theoretical knowledge of 20 students from Goris and Kapan on team building, effective communication, negotiations and conflict management.
- To develop skills of those 20 students and motivate them to be proactive in using of their knowledge and skills in practice.
