Summer Camp for Disabled Children - 2015

Beneficiaries Description: In total 10-17 years old 156 children from Lori, Gegharkouniq region, Yerevan and Kharabagh (81 disabled children and 75 children from socially vulnerable families from Stepanavan, Tashir, Gavar, Sevan cities and surrounding villages as well as Yerevan and Kharabagh)

Project Areas: Stepanavan, Lori

Project Goal: to enrich the physical, spiritual and social lives of 156 children, 81 disabled children and 75 children from socially vulnerable families from Lori and Gegharkouniq Regions, Yerevan and Kharabagh, and to encourage independence in these children.  

Project Objectives:

1. To alleviate social problems of families of 156 children through providing an opportunity to send the children to summer camps under the guidance and supervision of trained camp leaders.
2. To promote children’s physical well being through provision of nutritious meals and sports. 
3. To provide trainings to children on first aid provision skills in emergency cases.
4. To enrich inner world of children through spiritual discussions and introduction to different branches of art.
