EU4Environment: Green Community-Resilient Future

Beneficiaries Description: 150 households that would introduce “backyard nursery” concept and become suppliers of trees and 7,000 schoolchildren that would be engaged in the activities of eco-clubs, participate to the summer camp and country-wide cleanup campaigns

Project Areas: Armenia regions/ marzes: Shirak, Lori, and Tavush  (15 cities)

Project Goal: to increase environmental protection and climate change adaptation capacities of Armenia's small regional cities and towns

Project Objectives:

  • to advance green urban planning capacities in the beneficiary regions of Armenia
  • to improve living conditions of citizens in targeted cities and neighboring communities
