For three consecutive years, Shushan has been a member of the “Young Explorers club” at the Secondary School № 1 of Karmirgyugh, Gegharkquniq marz, where she actively participated in competitions and scientific picnics organized within the framework of the project.
“Over these three years, the project helped me realize that many actions we perform in our everyday lives have clear and logical scientific explanations”, - she says.
She mentioned that the "Young Explorers Club" project gave her more opportunities than she could have ever dreamed. Shushan was one of the four chosen participants who went to Poland to participate in the Copernicus Science Center's 13th Science Picnic in 2025 because of her high level of involvement and commitment.
“In Warsaw, I made friends from different countries around the world, gained valuable experience and knowledge, and became familiar with European culture and cuisine” – she says.
The “Young Explorers club” project played a decisive role in Shushan’s career choice. She is currently studying at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and directly associates her chosen field of study with the knowledge, experience, and inspiration she gained through the club.
“The "Young Explorers Club" initiative wasn't just another one for me—it was the beginning of a path toward achieving greater goals”- Shushan adds.
