Project Area: Gyumri, Shirak
Project Goal: Foster economic development in Gyumri and the region as a whole, through empowering local intelligent youth to become a valued capital contributing towards effective performance of enterprises as driving forces of economy.
Project Objectives:
- Constant observations of the labor market trends in Shirak region by exploring the requirements of local employers and needs of job seekers.
- Make young local specialists more competitive in labor market by giving them up-to-date and demanded competences, skills and psychological preparation.
- Make local labor market sustainable by ensuring the efficiency of connection between job seeker and employer.
- Foster the empowerment of local enterprises by providing them with quality and specialized assets.
